TURN-KEY PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We oversee the full scope of the renovation process, including budgeting, permitting, scheduling, trade and material coordination, quality control, and payment administration. Our role is to keep the project organized, moving, and aligned at every stage.

Who We Are
Parkplace Estates is led by Phil Kaleel and Nader Gandhi, partners in renovations and construction since 2014.Before founding Parkplace Estates, Phil spent nearly a decade building and running a marketing and branding company, while Nader worked as a civil engineer on large-scale construction projects with both a major contractor and an engineering consulting firm.Together, they bring a balance of technical understanding, thoughtful coordination, clear communication, and design-minded execution to every project.They work closely with homeowners from early planning through completion, acting as an extension of their clients throughout the process to help ensure the vision, quality, and execution remain aligned at every stage. To maintain that level of care, Parkplace Estates intentionally takes on a limited number of projects at a time.
